How GATCN helps keep AI safe

High-level outcomes for partners: AI safety, compliance, and oversight under human control — with a stated 99% safety target for partner deployments.

The Global AI Tribunal & Compliance Network (GATCN) is a public initiative led with MS TECH IT to help organizations keep artificial intelligence useful under safe human control. Our public message is intentionally high-level: we talk about outcomes leaders can stand behind — AI safety, AI compliance, AI oversight, and practical AI governance — not confidential implementation internals.

A clear safety target for partners

For partner deployments, GATCN states a 99% safety target. The intent is straightforward: attacks or the AI itself should not cause harm; AI should stay on a safe, human-directed path; and control should hold as models grow more capable. Continuous improvement applies as threats and models evolve. The claim is a partnership goal — a north star for how we engage with companies — not a promise that risk disappears from the world.

That honesty is part of responsible AI control. Organizations should expect partners who oversell magic. GATCN prefers clarity: keep AI productive, keep people accountable, and design for oversight that scales with capability instead of hoping advancement will somehow police itself.

Three outcomes organizations care about

Publicly, GATCN frames what organizations get in three plain pillars:

  • Control — keep people in charge of how AI is used, with a clear picture of AI systems in use so capability does not outrun oversight.
  • Accountability — when AI acts, someone must be answerable to customers, regulators, and internal teams.
  • Policy — clear rules beat improvisation; leadership owns boundaries teams can follow.

Together these support AI security for companies that want to adopt AI without abandoning governance. The technology conversation on our public site stays at the level of control, containment, and oversight: boundaries stay human-directed; containment stays continuous; people remain accountable for outcomes that matter.

Built for partnership, not spectacle

Large companies and institutions can join GATCN as partners so their AI stays framed for security in real-world use. Partnership inquiries are confidential and high-level. We do not publish internal roadmaps or speculative technical claims on the public web. We do invite pilots, due-diligence discussions, and press conversations through a single partnership form received by uzair@mstechit.com.

That partnership model matters because AI compliance is not only a document. It is a relationship between leadership commitments and day-to-day practice. GATCN’s role is to help align those commitments around a shared public language: identity, accountability, and policy under human control — keep AI useful; keep it under control.

Who we are speaking to

GATCN’s public site is written for executives, risk owners, and partnership teams — not for dumping confidential architecture. Contact is founder-led: Uzair Ahmed, Managing Director of MS TECH IT, based in Karachi with a global outlook. Email and phone remain public so serious inquiries do not depend on a black-box sales funnel.

Whether you need a pilot conversation, a due-diligence briefing, or a press path, the same partnership form routes to the same team. We respond with a secure, high-level discussion focused on outcomes: keep AI useful; keep it under control. That discipline protects both sides while still advancing real AI oversight in production environments.

How this connects to real-world risk

Public security research — including 2025 findings on prompt-injection paths in cloud AI assistants — shows why traditional defenses alone are incomplete. Models that summarize untrusted content or call tools need stronger oversight habits. GATCN’s public examples section and our article on recent AI security research explain that pattern carefully: vulnerabilities and attack paths, later mitigated by vendors — not sensational false claims.

If you are exploring why structured oversight belongs on the executive agenda, start with why AI needs oversight. If you are ready to discuss partnership for AI safety and governance, contact Uzair Ahmed at MS TECH IT via the partnership inquiry form or uzair@mstechit.com · +92 318 8294992.
