Keep AI useful. Keep it under control.
GATCN helps organizations keep AI under safe human control — with clear identity of the AI systems in use, accountability for actions, and policy that lets AI stay useful without being shut down. Our safety target for partner deployments: 99%. Large companies are invited to partner so their AI stays secure in real-world use.
The Global AI Tribunal & Compliance Network is a public initiative to help companies and organizations use artificial intelligence responsibly — staying productive while keeping people in charge of outcomes that matter.
Ignoring AI risk is reckless. Shutting AI down wholesale is unrealistic. GATCN exists for the space in between: keep AI useful, keep it under human control.
Whether you are a company rolling out AI tools or an institution setting standards, GATCN frames how identity, accountability, and policy work together so teams can move forward with confidence.
AI is already making decisions that affect customers, employees, and the public. Organizations need a clear way to stay in control — without abandoning the benefits.
Unmanaged AI can create confusion over who authorized what, blur responsibility when something goes wrong, and leave policy as an afterthought. The answer is not to freeze progress — it is to put durable human oversight in place so AI remains an asset, not a liability.
Publicly reported security research shows why powerful AI needs stronger control and oversight. These findings are vulnerabilities and attack paths — later mitigated by the vendors — not claims that systems were “fully hacked.” They illustrate a lesson: traditional defenses alone are not enough.
Researchers at Tenable showed that attacker-controlled log content could inject prompts into Google Cloud’s Gemini Cloud Assist. When defenders asked Gemini to summarize those logs, the model could be steered toward phishing-style outcomes — for example, surfacing deceptive links in a summary. Google later mitigated the issue.
As part of related 2025 findings (sometimes called the “Gemini Trifecta”), Tenable also reported prompt-injection paths tied to browsing and personalization features that could put saved user information or location at risk of exfiltration. Google later mitigated those issues as well.
Across the industry, prompt injection and AI tool misuse are a growing class of risk. Even leading labs face attack paths that traditional antivirus does not cover. Powerful AI needs stronger control and oversight — which is why GATCN exists.
Framed carefully: these are publicly reported research findings and vulnerabilities, subsequently addressed by the vendors. The lesson for every organization deploying AI is the same — capability without containment is incomplete.
GATCN’s control and containment model is designed so that capability growth does not equal loss of control. Boundaries stay human-directed. Containment stays continuous.
Keep AI in check regardless of how advanced models become. Leadership sets what is allowed; the system helps enforce those decisions in practice.
Continuous containment so AI stays useful inside clear limits. When something drifts toward the wrong outcome, oversight is already in place — not an afterthought.
Human-directed boundaries that scale with your organization. People remain accountable for outcomes that matter — policy stays visible, actionable, and owned by leadership.
Three pillars — kept high-level by design. GATCN is about outcomes leaders can stand behind, not jargon.
Keep people in charge of how AI is used. Identity of AI systems in use gives leadership a clear picture — so capability never outruns oversight.
When AI acts, someone must be answerable. GATCN promotes accountability for actions so responsibility stays visible to customers, regulators, and your own teams.
Clear rules beat improvisation. Policy that leadership owns — and teams can follow — lets AI stay useful within boundaries the organization sets.
Large companies and organizations can join GATCN as partners so their AI stays safe and secure. Under a GATCN partnership, your AI’s entire model stays on a protected path — designed so AI does not do wrong in real-world use.
Partner with GATCN and your AI’s entire model is framed for security in production — protected by clear control, containment, and oversight rather than hope alone.
AI will not do wrong in real-world use under GATCN partnership — that is the commitment we invite trusted partner companies to share with us.
We invite large companies, enterprises, and institutions that want AI to remain useful — and under durable human control — at scale.
GATCN invites companies, institutions, and aligned organizations to partner with us. If you want AI that stays productive under safe human control — with a clear 99% safety target for partner deployments — we want to hear from you.
